CubeDroid Privacy Policy (Universal)
This Privacy Policy explains how CubeDroid, Dan Shay, and CubeDroid-branded products, plugins, assets, applications, websites, and related services (“CubeDroid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handle information.
By using a CubeDroid product or service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to CubeDroid products and services unless a product-specific privacy notice states otherwise.
Some CubeDroid products may operate fully locally on a user’s device, while others may involve hosted services, websites, customer support, analytics, payments, or account-related functionality.
Where a specific product has additional or different privacy disclosures, those product-specific disclosures control for that product.

We do not intentionally collect more information than is reasonably necessary for the operation, support, security, and improvement of our products.

- Information may remain local unless a feature explicitly requires transmission,
- Exports may be saved locally at the user’s request,
- Temporary storage may be used for settings, caching, or processing.
Users remain responsible for reviewing the data they choose to process and where they choose to store exported content.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information.
However, no method of storage, transmission, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
CubeDroid products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 unless explicitly permitted by law and clearly disclosed for a specific product.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.
11. INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you use CubeDroid products from outside the jurisdiction where we or our providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

When we do, we may revise the “Last updated” date above.
